Greetings fellow information seekers. I myself being from Shawano, WI have a particular interest in the shenanigans going down in my home town. In case this is the first you've heard: Yes, there is a cult in Shawano and shit is going down.
The leader of said cult is one Dr. Samanta Roy (aka Rama Behera, aka Avraham Cohen).

Originally from Orissa, India Dr. Samanta Roy immigrated to Shawano, WI in the early 70's and started his non-profit organization then titled the 'Followers of the Lord Jesus' or 'The Disciples of the Lord Jesus Christ', teaching a mix of Christianity and Judaism. No one knows exactly how many members there are or what is behind the tarps blanketing the main building on the compound.
Headquarters lies on the Northern outskirts of town adjacent to the former Kwik Trip. Much secrecy and suspicion has surrounded the group as long as I have known of it. The entire perimeter is lined with tall pines and its front gate has a car in the drive with at least one lookout inside 24 hours a day. Drive by more than once with a mischievous look in your eye and they will call the police. Learned that the hard way I'm afraid.
Reports of child abuse within the cult have appeared since the 80's and many testimonials can be found online at

Currently, the FBI is investigating an alleged 'hit list' implying threats from the cult against city/community officials. Read more about it at

Also, WSAW Channel 7 has recently released a 4 part series on the cult and the FBI's involvement which can be viewed at
