Chili Verde 3/4 lb boneless pork, 1 in cubes
15 oz can great northern beans
14.5 oz can chicken broth
1lb fresh tomatillos, husks removed, coarsely chopped
1 lg onion, diced
4 oz can mild green chili
6 cloves garlic
1 tsp ground cumin
1/2 c packed cilantro
1. Coat large skillet with cooking spray. Heat to hot over med-highheat. Add pork; cook until browned all over
2. Combine all ingredients except cilantro in crockpot (4-1/2 quart). Cook on high 3-4 hrs.
3. Season to taste w/ salt & pepper. Reduce heat to low, stir incilantro and cook another 10 mins.
