Hello Mr. Robin Lee!

How are you and your lady? I was looking at pics from when you all came up north to my parent's house, good times MC potato and fun hats! Hey, I wanted to ask you two things.....

1. Would you send me some info on your wedding? I would like to attend, but I will be conducting summer field work at that time, so if I can go, I would like to know details so I can plan on it;

2. I am going to Seattle next week to attend a scientific conference, and Jon Baker has been awesome enough to let me crash at this place. I would like to bring him something that he absoluetly adores, to show my appreciation. Unfortunately, it cannot be contraband, as I am flying. Any ideas?

Thanks for comin out to meet Kate, my bro and I in Madison last time I was there. I was pretty far out the window of reality when you showed up however :) hahaha!

Well I just spent a very long time writing to you and then the page disappeared! So many things...
So very long that I forgot exactly what I wrote. I've been feeling a lot like your description in the "about me" section and today I got lost taking pictures of the magic happening outside.(In the back of my mind I reminded myself to write back). Its a reminiscent feeling, similar to "fresh snow" but the next season when layers of age-old snow melt off in the sunlight and drop to puddles where old leaves are discovered resting and wading.

I went on a walk yesterday at sunset and witnessed crystals form and reach across puddles that cast the reflection of sherbert orange surrounding dancing tree reflections. The crystals of ice from the temp change reminded me of hands reaching out and so many other beautiful things... I love spring and am anticipating its full arrival!
I bought a bubble machine yesterday, for Ayla but mostly for me, expecting great things...but was disappointed as it only made great bubbles for a short time and then got lazy and went to one big one that popped almost as fast as it had formed. I'm still determined to fix it so I can be surrounded by bubbles outside in the sun. Its in the shape of a purple octupus and claims to be a "Party Machine." We will see...
You need to check out the watercolor paintings in the children's book Agate if you haven't already.
This is nothing like the first comment I wrote before...
I may be in Madison sometime soon, maybe I'll see you at music and we can talk about website art there.
My address for the next three months is 2117 Clark St.
I apologize for writing so much, can you believe this is officially the first blog on my first social network ever?! (other than Green Leaves, which I haven't used yet) I'll eventually get it.

hey look at this world clock. A lot of things go extinct very often. Too bad leftover bags won't go extinct.

So I'm doing some food shopping at this grocery store called Sendik's in Wauwatosa. I get to the check-out, where they ask me if I want paper or plastic. I said, "Neither, I brought this bag." A girl asked if she could bag for me, so I proudly handed her my Butterpuff, the first non-leftover, reusable bag to have entered my life (the use and love can be inferred by it's condition). She takes a look at the bag, puts a few things in it, then says, "Would you like to exchange this bag for a Sendik's bag?"

Now what I wanted to say was, "Bitch are you crazy!?"
Instead, I politely answered, "No thanks, that bag is pretty special to me. A good friend made it for me. It's actually a drawing of a butterfly ironically smoking."
The cashier and bagger gave a half-hearted "hmm..."

....some people just don't get it.

Hey Robin, sorry man, it's been a long time. We've been gone and back again, now I am fighting a nasty cold, I just want the world to be a better place, and that involves hanging out. Give me the lowdown brother.

Hey man, are you studying?

Sometimes, it's like... Lets learn some shit... and then lets social network for a while!

I'm mostly not learning except what I've learned on the social network anymore.

Except when i learned how great those sugar coated nuts that i had at the Lee's at Christmas time. That was a sweet-sweet learning for my taste buds!
